Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty
Built to Last. Backed for Life.
Every Arbor & Brass display is handcrafted from premium American hardwoods and carefully assembled in North Carolina. We believe meaningful objects should be made once, made well, and enjoyed for generations.
That's why every display is backed by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty.
If a defect in our workmanship or manufacturing prevents your display from functioning as intended, we'll repair or replace it.
It's that simple.
What Is Covered
Our warranty covers defects resulting from our workmanship, including:
Structural failures of the wooden enclosure
Joinery and assembly defects
Manufacturing defects
Internal electronic component failures during normal use
Display failures due to manufacturing defects
Factory-installed brass components
Factory finishes that fail due to workmanship
What Isn't Covered
Because every display is made from natural hardwood, some characteristics are expected and celebrated.
The warranty does not cover:
Natural variation in wood grain, figure, or color
Small changes in wood appearance over time
Damage caused by abuse, misuse, or accidents
Water or liquid damage
Fire or extreme heat exposure
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Cosmetic damage caused after delivery
Damage resulting from improper power supplies or electrical events
Wood is a living material. Slight movement, color changes, and the development of character over time are normal and are part of what makes every Arbor & Brass display unique.
Our Repair Philosophy
Whenever possible, we prefer to repair rather than replace.
Every display carries its own story—including its unique grain, craftsmanship, and serial number. If your display ever requires service, our first priority is preserving the piece you've come to own.
If repair isn't possible, we'll replace the affected component or, if necessary, the entire display.
Software Support
Your display receives firmware updates designed to improve stability and functionality.
Software updates are provided at our discretion and may include:
Performance improvements
Bug fixes
Security updates
New features
User experience enhancements
Lifetime Means Lifetime
We intend for Arbor & Brass displays to become heirloom pieces.
As long as we remain in business, we'll continue supporting products covered under this warranty.
Even after your warranty would traditionally expire elsewhere, we'll continue making every reasonable effort to repair your display.
Transferability
The Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty follows the display—not just the original owner.
If you gift or pass your display to someone else, the warranty transfers with it.
